Absences/Vsware/Student Emails
Absence:
- If your child is absent from school or needs to leave early, details of the absence must be recorded using the VSware App.
Leaving School
- Under 18
- All students MUST – have a note – parent/guardian must ring office – all under 18s must be collected from school – if these procedures are not followed – student will NOT be allowed to leave the school
- Student must sign out
- Over 18
- All students MUST – have a note – parent/guardian must ring office to confirm
- Student must sign out
Vsware Accounts
- Parents & Students will be issued with access codes for VSware in August.
- If you have any issues accessing VSware please email generaloffice@preswex.ie
Student Emails
- Our school will create school email addresses for each student when they start in late August.
- Teams accounts will also be created in August
Uniform Essentials
Please review our uniform essential guidelines to ensure each student is dressed appropriately for the new school year.
PE Uniform
- PE Uniform consists only of: O’Neills School Sports T Shirt & Half Zip/Hoodie. Plain navy track-suit bottoms or plain navy leggings or O’Neill’s online school tracksuit bottoms or leggings.
- All other items are optional on the O’Neills Website
- Only the O’Neills Schools Sports T Shirt & O’Neills School Half Zip are available at Hores & Shaws – all other items available at link below.

School Timetable
- School starts at 8.50am each day and the last class ends at 15:50 pm Monday & Tuesday. School finishes at 15.00pm Wed, Thurs & Fri
