Supervised Study on Saturdays and during Mid-term Breaks and Holidays
  
Saturday Study

Supervised Study is available on Saturdays for 3rd,5th and 6th Year students. It runs from 9.30am to 3.00pm with a 15-minute morning break and a 45-minute break for lunch. Session One will run for four Saturdays in October, beginning on Oct 1st. The cost is €5 per day. This should be paid to Mrs O’Brien in advance. 

Students must sign up in advance at Mrs O’Brien’s Office and before Friday lunchtime. This is necessary to provide adequate supervision. Students are not expected to wear uniform but should wear comfortable clothing. Students may leave the school at lunchtime but must provide a note from a parent/guardian if leaving study and not returning or arriving late. 
 
Students who have done Saturday Study regularly say they have found it very useful and have got great work done, leaving time for relaxation on Sundays. 
 
Supervised Study is also available during Mid-Term breaks and Easter Holidays if demand is sufficient. Names and money must be given in advance.

To sign up please put your name and class and tick the date(s) you will attend on the list outside Mrs O’Brien’s office before Friday lunchtime.

As a support to our 3rd,  5th and 6th year students, we are planning to offer supervised study on Saturdays and during Mid-term and Easter breaks.

Each day study will run from  9.30 - 11.00, 11.15 – 12.45 and 1.30 – 3.00pm


Allowing for a 15min break at 11.00 and 45 min break at 12.45.             
Cost:  €5 per day.
