Congratulations to Katie Cunningham in 2A2 and Geogia Swan Sludds in 2A3 who both won 3rd place prizes in this years themed 'Ireland through my eyes' art competition. Katie;s prize is for the 11-13 year old category while Georgia's is for the 14-17 year olds.
A prize giving ceremony will be held in the Anne Street branch on Wednesday the 23rd of November.

Congratulations to all the players and management who won a gripping game against FCJ Bunclody on Wednesday. Despite being five points down the girls rallied to win by two and progress to the Leinster Quarter final
Ciara Rossiter (TY4) is currently in Macedonia with the Ireland under 17 womens
soccer team playing in the UEFA European qualifiers. Ciara has played a pivitol
role in both of the Republic's matches so far in the tournament, playing for the
duration of both as Ireland overcame Romania 3-2 on Monday, followed by an
emphatic 6-0 win over the hosts, Macedonia on Wednesday. The staff and
students at Presentation Wexford would like to extend their congratulations and
best wishes to Ciara as she prepares for the Republic's final group game versus
Italy this Saturday, where a win will see them reach the second round of
qualification matches for the 2012 UEFA U17 Championships.
Jessica Hore, 3A4, has made the South East under 15 team for the upcoming
Inter-Regional tournament. The tournament is taking place on the 22nd &
23rd October in the National Basketball Arena. Jessica has been busy making the
journey up and down to Waterford for the past number of weeks for
training.
We are certain that Jessica will do herself and the school proud and we wish her all the best for the upcoming tournament
Our new first year students enjoyed two valuable induction days on the 22nd and 23rd of
August. Conducted by sixth year Meithal Leaders and teachers the girls had
plenty of fun activities to help them make new friends and settle into life and
the surroundings of the Presentation School.
Presentation in-house school exams will begin on Tuesday 31st of May this Year.
Students should be well into their revision already and set targets for themselves in terms of results.
